Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is primarily composed of rate payers from the Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area. These Directors guide and oversee the work of the organization and the use of rate payer funds. There are thirteen board seats, of which no more than two may be non-rate payers.

Board Meetings
CIDBIA monthly board meetings are open to the public. Board meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month, at 8:30am, via Zoom. Please contact us at info@cidbia.org, for the zoom meeting link.
