Criminal Trespass Program

Criminal trespass can occur when suspicious people come onto a property when a business owner may not be there, or it might occur when people violate the conditions of entry onto the property. When this occurs and you have signed up for the trespass program, Seattle Police Department patrol officers are able to make an arrest and remove the person from your property even when you are closed at the time. 

The Chinatown-ID Business Improvement Area, Seattle Police Department, and Public Safety Coordinator encourage businesses to sign-up for this program. For more information, click here.
