Centered in the heart of Seattle’s historic Chinatown-International District, our festivals attract thousands of visitors with cultural performances ranging from Chinese lion and dragon dances to Japanese Taiko drumming. Bounded by the iconic Chinatown Gate and Hing Hay Park, these events transform the streets into a bustling outdoor market filled with cultural activities for all ages. In addition to celebrating heritage, the festivals provide a vital boost to the local C-ID economy, supporting over 400 small businesses, including more than 125 restaurants in the district.

The Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA) is a non-profit organization tasked to improve, promote, and advocate for Seattle’s Chinatown-International District. Events are critical fundraising opportunities for CIDBIA.
