We are writing on behalf of Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA) to provide comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (“DEIS”) for the West Seattle and Ballard Link Extensions Project (“WSBLE”). We ask the Sound Transit board to consider the impacts to one of the region’s most special, unique, and fragile communities and the residents and businesses who call it home.
